Floridas Verbot der Stiefkindadoption wankt

Wir hatten neulich das Thema Stiefkindadoption in Homo-Ehen, das mir besonders gut gefällt, weil es so schön eindeutig ist – weit und breit kein halbwegs ernst zu nehmendes Argument dagegen zu sehen.

Deshalb freut mich die Nachricht im ACLU-Blog, dass auch das sonnige Florida unter sanfter Leitung durch das 3. Distrikts-Appelationsgericht schon bald auf den Pfad der Vernunft einschwenken könnte…
