Während wir auf das britische Wahlergebnis warten…

… sollten wir uns, auch als nicht Wahlberechtigte, Timothy Garton-Ashs flammenden Appell im Guardian, Lib-Dem zu wählen und so die verfassungspolitische Wende im Inselstaat herbeizuführen, zu Gemüte führen.

Womöglich wählen die Briten gerade das Mehrheitswahlrecht ab. Schon eine aufregende Vorstellung.
