Richter auf Kurzarbeit

Der Staat Hawaii ist pleite, wie so mancher US-Bundesstaat. Jetzt hat der State Supreme Court angeordnet, dass jeden zweiten Freitag im Monat die Gerichte geschlossen bleiben müssen – um Geld zu sparen. Kalifornien macht das schon seit September.

Wir hatten schon mal Hawaii hier im Verfassungsblog, war auch eine ziemlich sonderbare Meldung. Komische Welt.
