Arta Vorpsi

Prof. Dr. Arta Vorpsi is a Professor of Constitutional Law, Comparative Law and Human Rights at the University of Tirana School of Law and a Legal Advisor to the Albanian Constitutional Court. She is a member of the Expert Group for Constitutional Reform of Albania.
