Corona Constitutional #11: Zusammengesperrt durch die Seuche

Description: Im Strafvollzug sind Menschen auf engstem Raum zusammen eingesperrt. Viele Gefangene gehören zu Risikogruppen. Der Staat, der ihnen die Freiheit entzieht, muss sie schützen – das ist er ihren Grundrechten schuldig. Wie geht das? Wie kann er den Virus draußenhalten und trotzdem die Menschenwürde, das Recht auf Resozialisierung und das Recht auf Ehe und Familie der Insassen wahren? Wie kriegt man auf rechtsstaatliche Weise die Gefängnisse leer, wenn es gesundheitspolitisch nötig ist? Darüber spricht Max Steinbeis mit JAN FÄHRMANN von der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht in Berlin.
