Handelsblatt: BVerfG in schwerer See

Im Handelsblatt tut mir heute Wolf Albin die Ehre, den Verfassungsblog zu zitieren – mit meinem Posting über den Aufstand des OLG Oldenburg gegen das Bundesverfassungsgericht nämlich, den er als Beleg dafür heranzieht, dass das BVerfG zunehmend in schwere See navigiert. Hat er Recht mit der These, finde ich.
