Wahlzettel durch den Reißwolf in Telgte

Das westfälische Städtchen Telgte ist uns aus Günter Grass literarischem Lebenswerk bekannt, aber jetzt gibt es einen zweiten Grund, des Ortes zu gedenken: Dort ist bei der Kommunalwahl eine Panne von seltener Bizarrheit passiert.
